What To Expect

• Please leave your whatsapp or phone number to us. We will connect with you before 1 day of the booking • If you have any change , please at least confirm to us before 1 day 12:00 AM.We will try our best to help you change. Meeting Point • Airport Meeting Point：(We will stay until 2 Hour after your Flight reach) International Flight：Gate 2 outside the building for 2 Hour Domestic Flight：Gate 1 Outside the building for 2 Hour • Hotel Meeting Point : Lobby (Driver will stay in the lobby at your expected time for 30 Minutes) Meeting Step: After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the area beside Gate 2 and look for the sign with your name under the green elephant logo. Confirm your arrival with the pickup point staff, who will then contact the driver to meet you. Please note that drivers are waiting in the parking lot and may need to queue to enter/exit, which typically takes 10-15 minutes. Hotel：Our driver will stay in the lobby at the exact time you choose and will stay for 30 Minutes.

Great communication. Clear directions and photos helped make it easy to find the pick up location. You do have to wait a few minutes for the driver to pull around once you get there.
