Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies and monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.

Drive to the north of Ubud to stop at the magical Tegalalang rice terrace to see the real traditional farmer activities in their daily activities. Have a short walk among the lush green rice field view.

5.00Peter was an incredible guide. My wife and I booked the Private Tour of Ubud and Tanah Lot so we could see all the beauty of Ubud, as we are not directly staying there on our trip, and it was perfect. We were picked up at our Hotel at 9am sharp in a roomy air conditioned car just for the two of us. Peter was warm and funny, and extremely well informed about Balinese and Hindu culture and practice. We learned so much it’s impossible to recount all of it. It’s clear that Peter knows the island and all of your stops like the back of his hand. He took care of all our tickets, dropped us right at the gate while he parked, and always made sure we had water and were prepared for each stop, coming with us on all our journeys to share his knowledge of the island and the people. We booked another tour with Peter for a few days from now and can’t wait to see him again.

Loved every minute of this interesting and diverse excursion, which showed us the Monkey Forest, Rice Terraces (including local Balinese cuisine), Luwak Coffee plantation, Taman Ayun temple and the magical Tanah Lot temple as the sun set. Highly recommended for an informative and enjoyable day seeing the sites Bali has to offer.

5.00We had an amazing tour with our driver Mr. Berata, the tour is well planed out and at every stop you can decide how long would you like to stay and explore. And for us the driver made our tour excellend, because he really knew a lot and explaned everything we asked him, he was also very attentive and really cared about our wellbeing. He also made extra stop when we wanted to buy something.
