Our driver was on time, picked us up at our hotel, handled our luggage, safety transported us to the airport, and dropped us off outside our terminal. Easy and efficient way to get to airport.

I had spoke to the company the night before and requested a van. The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating. However, the message never was relayed to the driver. It didn't matter, this young man made his car work for all our luggage and us. I would recommend this company because they make sure you get to your destination without too much of a hassle.

Driver didn't show up. After waiting more than 45 minutes, we hailed a cab as we would have missed our flight otherwise. Hotel staff said this company is notorious for this. Very disappointed that Viator would do business with such a company with such a bad reputation.
