  The transfer from Miami Airport to Riviera Suites South Beach was overall good. We had to wait about 25–30 minutes, and the driver did not speak English, but the ride itself was smooth and quick.

  So grateful for this company! My group of 10 was delayed arriving at Miami airport because of bad weather which jeopardized us making it to the port for our cruise. Gustavo (our driver) was patient and kept the lines of communication open until we arrived. He quickly loaded our luggage and got us to the port just in time for sail off. This company is very dependable and professional and I highly recommend using them for your transport needs.

  We were flying into Miami international airport on the day of our cruise. So there was no room for error. When our flight arrived in Miami Beach, we picked up our luggage and I was receiving text notifications from our driver of what level and gate to meet at.. By the time we got our luggage and made it to the meeting location Gustavo arrived 3 minutes later. Our driver, Gustavo was professional and punctual. He loaded our bags into a clean Mercedes transport van and was wearing a uniform. He whisked us away to the Miami cruise port in about 20 minutes. I recommend this service.
