5.00They emailed and WhatsApp me (at my request) before arrival. After arrival, they sent me detailed information including pictures of the driver, pick up spot and car plate. Our flight was delayed till 2:00am. They assured me that they will be waiting for me. Thank you!

2.00Driver sent messages via WhatsApp which was helofull during our progress thru immigration and bag claim. But then was hard to locate driver. He did not tell us which exit of 2 to meet him. He also did not have a sign with our name. Driver did not speak English. No bottled water was offered. Once we met he drove competently to our hotel. His car was air conditioned but not very clean.
