Pre-Trip Arrangement -Travelers must inform us immediately of any changes to the flight number or schedule, including delays, cancellations, or rescheduled flights. -One day before the service, travelers should receive a WhatsApp or WeChat message from the driver. -If you do not receive this message, please contact our customer support immediately to avoid any missed bookings. 3. Arrival and Pick-Up (Airport → Hotel) -The driver monitors flight status in real time to ensure timely pick-up. -No signboard will be used at the airport. -The driver will contact travelers directly via WhatsApp or WeChat upon landing to coordinate the meeting point. -Paging service is subject to additional charges -Base price covers transfers only within the Georgetown area. -Additional surcharges apply for destinations outside Georgetown, including Tanjung Bungah, Tanjung Tokong, Batu Ferringhi, Balik Pulau, Teluk Bahang, or the mainland. 4.
