What To Expect

1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

Absolutely horrible experience. Booked this private transfer over a month ago for our trip to Sydney for the marathon. No driver waiting for us, called the vendor and was told our reservation was not delivered to them, called viator and they blamed it on an IT error. Had to end up waiting for an Uber. Will probably never book transportation through viator again

Transportation never showed up. When we called they said they had no information regarding our confirmation. When we called aviator they said they needed to call the service company before providing a fefund. 2 days later we received email saying that they would not refund our money with no explanation

Daniel was very friendly, helpful and professional. He drove safely and the van was perfect for 3 couples and lots of luggage. He went above and beyond. Our booking with Go Sydney Shuttle did not go as well. We have been booking with Viator/Trip Advisor for several years and this is a big disappointment. We chatted with customer service at Viator more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer to cancel due to a schedule change and Go Sydney refused to refund our money. Although I still rate this a 5 star, I have experienced frustration an disappointment on the day of pick up. The drivers of both vehicles were nice and courteous.
