What To Expect
At the airport, our chauffeur will be waiting for the clients outside the arrivals gate. He will be holding the client's name on a board. If you are unable to reach the chauffeur, please contact us or send us a mail. Free Wifi is available at CDG airport, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp. At the train stations in Paris, the clients should meet the chauffeur outside the station as there is very limited parking space as it's full most of the time. *** On arrivals at the airports, the chauffeur will be waiting for you 30mins-40min max free of charge from the given arrival time, anything over charges apply. Please kindly note if you are facing any issues at your terminal, do contact us as each of our chauffeurs have a schedule to attend to. *** If there's any delays or cancellation, please let us know ASAP by mail or by calling us. *** If you bring more luggages than what it is mentioned on the price, additional charges will be applied by the chauffeur. *** No luggages or bags are allowed in the seating areas. *** You are not allowed to smoke and to eat inside. *** Damages or making a mess in the vehicle will have charges of minimum 100.00€ (unclean shoes, throwing dirt on the vehicle floors, vomiting etc..) as we strive to have a very clean and luxury vehicle for all clients.

5.00Our driver, Trevin, was fabulous. He was on-time to pick us up and return us to CDG in Paris. His car is immaculate. His English fluent (French, not so much LOL). Would definitely use him again.

Trevin was on time, extremely friendly and had many great recommendations for us to enjoy the city including what to see and where to eat. Not to mention it was a clean and smooth ride. 5.00We just used Elegant Transfers (round-trip airport transfer) and have used them previously. We've found them to be very reliable, easy to communicate with and priced reasonably. There is no nickel and diming, as the price quoted is what you pay. We would continue to book them for future trips, be it for airport transfers or for day trips outside of Paris.

5.00Elegant Transfers is the most professional car service I have ever used! Their communication is excellent. Their flexibility is superb. I was coordinating a diverse group of family and friends for a reunion in Paris over the holidays. There were flight delays and cancellations during arrivals among the various subgroups. Each situation was handled flawlessly by Elegant Transfers. Even last minute flight changes when departing were not a problem. Trevin Keller is equally professional and personable. What an excellent organization. I give Elegant Transfers the highest possible recommendation!

5.00Using the app Welcome Pickups, we arranged for a service to take us from the airport to our hotel in Paris. Our assigned driver was Trevin Keller of Elegant Transfers. We found Trevin to be professional and reliable. Trevin was waiting to greet us at the airport and was readily identifiable as he had sent text messages as what to expect upon our entering the arrival hall. Trevin drove a black Ford Explorer ST Hybrid which readily accommodated our many pieces of luggage. Trevin proved to be quite knowledgeable on the drive from CDG Airport to our hotel near the Louvre. As we were pleased with our experience, we continued to utilize the Trevin's services during our stay in Paris.
