  The organisation of this excursion is terrible. My booking confirmation said my pick up from my hotel would be between 12:30 - 13:15 but that the driver would text. I got no text and was eventually picked up at 14:09 by a man in his car who drove us to the meeting point where we were kept waiting around for what seemed like another hour until we got on the boat which in itself was an operation! There was no safety briefing when onboard we just started sailing and the DJ began his set which I must say was fantastic. The drinks are weak but plentiful, the food was nice and overall we had a good time. The trip was not 5 hours long, most of it consisted of the delays and waiting around to board.

  We didn't know what exactly to expect for this excursion, but we ended up having a good time with a bunch of folks that were wanting to have a good time too. Once everybody finally made it to the boat and the bar opened up the vibe was set. The one thing I didn't like was the "natural pool" that they took us to. The water was not blue at all but some folks didn't seem to care, we did. It did seem like everyone on the boat had a great time though. The boat was very unique.So everybody was staring at us as we passed by.And we gave them a show. The music selection was great. But most of all, there was no drama or incidents during the whole trip. The food was decent, but like the reviews we read before we got on the boat, don't expect a lot of it. If you really want to have the best food and drinks get the premium version of this package. The tequila and pineapple that they serve was really, really good. Once I tasted that, I didn't order anything else. The bartender was friendly. And the d j's were energetic. Overall a good vibe.

• Missed Opportunities...Customer Service Matters

  I booked this excursion to simply support my Jamaican people and ended up being disappointed by the owner. The staff was quite helpful and charming....from the bartender to the DJ to the chef...very professional. Unfortunately, they ran out of food and so we did not get anything to eat. The staff was quite apologetic and requested that the owner make amends when we got back to shore. The owner on the other hand was not a bit gracious and stated that he sent enough food so if we didn't get anything to eat that was not his fault. I was not going to post a negative review as I felt a conversation after the experience could have been used as a learning experience, however, since I did not get a return call almost a week later, i felt i had no other choice but to let everyone know about the owner's poor attitude towards customer service. I would also like to point out that this was advertised as an all inclusive excursion. We didn't need their food however, it was just the principle of the thing. Customer service matters. I have a bunch of friends and family who will be passing through Punta Cana who I was planning on directing to this excursion, but not anymore. I work too hard for my money to be treated as if I am begging you for something that I paid for.

  It was nice had fun but I didn't like the fact the water was brown where we was let out to swim at and there was no fish to see snorkeling at all
