Quito was declared “Cultural Heritage of Humanity” by UNESCO in 1978 and is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Latin America. We will visit both the modern and the old part, characterized by the number of churches and squares of which we will visit “The Cathedral” “The Archbishop's Palace” “The Presidential or Carondelet Palace” that are located in the main square called “Plaza Grande” , “La Compañía de Jesús (church covered throughout its interior with gold)” plaza and church of “San Francisco”, then we will go to “El Panecillo” the best viewpoint of the city, then we will move to the “Ciudad Mitad del Mundo” visit the “Intiñan” museum, famous for the experiments carried out there, and also feel the excitement of being in the 2 hemispheres: north and south at the same time
