It was my second time visit here. Seeing the reclining Buddha is worth the experience and the trip as it is also far from the city. For this time around, I took my son with me and I am happy that he got to experience and see the place for himself also.

Before coming to Thailand I thought I’d seen some big Buddha’s but boy was I wrong! I’ve never seen a Buddha this big. It’s massive! It’s so big you wonder what is it that makes a human want to build a Buddha that big? Really makes you consider how insignificant and impermanent we all are and maybe we should just be kind and love one another.

Beautiful temple to visit an exquisite surroundings. Highly recommend a visit to this place but be respectful and wear their appropriate clothing. I have been here twice now and love it. The reclining Buddha is certainly one of the nicest things I’ve ever seen and quite an experience.
