Wonderful all inclusive experience! First of all our driver Johnny and guide Nareem (?) were excellent. Our guide was extremely personable and down to earth. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared with us a lot of facts about the country and the area that we were going to. He hiked with us and was very patient. We stopped at two restaurants which had delicious food and a great gift shop. Highly recommend this tour !

Tour overall is really good! Waterfalls were spectacular! So was the sloth sanctuary. The only thing I may warn older adults about is the rain forest hike. Viator claims it's "moderate hiking." If you have bad knees like me just be aware. It was more than "moderate." ALOT of uphill walking on rough terrain, as well as 500 steps you must climb. Overall, I survived it, and it was worth the photos taken!

  • Our tour guide wasn’t educated.

The Llanos de Cortes Waterfall was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming, but our tour guide didn’t have any knowledge about the Rio Celeste Hiking & Llanos de Cortes Waterfall, she was giving wrong information and at hiking she wasn’t paying any attention to the tourist was going so fast ahead of everyone, at one point one of the tourist twist his ankle and we had to help him to get up and sit somewhere waiting for everyone to go and come back, the tourist twist guide didn’t even realize one person is missing:( so it was very bad experience with the guide. Overall the only thing was good about this tour was the waterfalls, we didn’t see any Sloths either:(

Tour was very good and guides were professional. The rain forest and waterfall experience was great. The place we stopped for lunch was tranquil and the food was good.
