• Wonderful excursion & Janna was great!

  My family & I were a little nervous about this excursion since we had a horrible experience the day before w/ a different excursion. But the reviews were very positive. Our ship docked and we disembarked from our ship. Just like the day before we had to find our way out of the private port and to the streets of Roatan, Honduras. When we finally made our way out of the port we immediately found our private driver…Janna. She was holding a sign w/ our name on it. We followed her to her vehicle which was a small walk away. She was driving a van that comfortably fit us. She was so sweet & extremely friendly. She told us all about the area as we were driving to the private resort. When we arrived at the resort she walked us in, checked us in at the front desk, got our bracelets & also 8 free beverage tickets. For Alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Which was an added bonus! She told us a little bit about the resort. Where the bathrooms were, the restaurant, pool & beach. She also showed us the chairs on the beach that were reserved for us. She even went as far as to tell us that if the peddlers on the beach try to sell us stuff to stay firm and tell them you’re not interested and they will go away. Which they did. Janna then said she would be in the hotel lobby resting and would check back w/ us when it was time to leave. The beach and pool was immaculate. The water was crystal blue you could see to the bottom. The pool was also spotless & the grounds on the resort was very clean. We also ate lunch at the restaurant and it was very good. Our server even threw in a round of free drinks. The drinks were good. It was a very nice, peaceful, relaxing day. Janna was very aware of the time and made sure we left the resort w/ plenty of time to get back to our ship. There was also a rum and chocolate tour included with this excursion, but we opted not to do that part of the excursion and spend more time at the resort. If you ever go to Roatan Honduras I strongly recommend you do this excursion with Janna. You will not be disappointed. Janna told me all about herself and family. This excursion is located on the west part of the island. I was told by several people that the west part of the island is the prettiest. We had more great conversation on our drive back to our ship w/ Janna. When returning back to our ship she was able to get into the port area since we were all w/ her. You just need to show your cruise line card. My family & I felt this was a very good excursion. I’m not one to book excursions without the cruise line. I always book our excursions through the cruise line. But I took a chance this time and I’m so glad that I did! Janna thank you for a wonderful day!!!

  Our driver was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the island. The water was beautiful and we had a very nice time.

  Our tour to Infinity Beach Break was excellent. Our Driver and guide was Jimmy and he gave us an excellent tour of all the best beaches, a chocolate factory (with delicious treats) and Rum Cake and tasting before we got to Infinity Bay. When we arrived Jenna met us and help get us settled. We were a group of 6 seniors and 2 have mobility issues (wheelchair and walker). They were able to accommodate and assist us throughout the trip. Lunch at the resort was not included but amazing and the swim up bar an added bonus!!! Jimmy and Jenna made this tour for us and I would highly recommend it!!!!!!

  This was a great excursion! I was nervous at first to book this excursion, but Janna (our tour guide) was so great to work with and answered all of my questions before we left for the cruise. Our ship was an hour early, so I messaged her and she said "no problem, I'm already here." Her directions on how to find her were very clear. Some of our group wanted to go to an animal sanctuary, so she took some of us there. The Infinity Bay resort was great and had bathrooms and private loungers in the shade. The snorkeling was amazing and was straight out from the resort. Afterward, Janna took us to some great places to get photos. She was easy-going and knowledgeable and made the excursion stress-free and super fun.

  Danni at Roaton Tour Guide Assoc. took us to Infinity Bay made sure we were comfortably settled, with snorkel gear, and ask when we would like him to return. He was right on time and since we still had extra time he drove us on a sight seeing trip at no additional cost. My daughter left a gift she had brought for her boyfriend in Danni's car, he rushed it back to the pier and gave it to a security officer. And sure enough we claimed it at guest services a few hours later. We had a great trip and it was all due to the professionalize of Roaton Tour Guide Association.

  We had a large group of family and friends that stayed at Infinity Bay in July. We had the best time ever. The beaches are beautiful. The accommodations were perfect and the staff from the day we checked in until the day checked out were absolutely wonderful. We are already working on our next trip to Infinity Bay.

  We took a beach trip to Infinity Bay with snorkelling equipment included (New Years Day). It’s a great location, a few metres inside the hotel grounds where local sellers can’t step inside, which just makes it stress free. Also a great pool. West Bay is a beautiful beach and waters. Our driver, Jimmy, was excellent. He stayed at the complex the whole day. Friendly, informative and of course entertaining! Would highly recommend if you’re after this sort of day pass from your cruise ship. Thanks for making it memorable Jimmy, and it was an honour to meet you!

  Loved, Loved, Loved this pool! Waterfall, bridge, crystal clear blue water! The landscaping was perfect! Looked like you were swimming right up into the sea!

  I arranged for a day at Infinity resorts on line, entrance fee was $20 per person, same price for adults/kids. and I negotiated price of $40 for round trip from cruise port to the resorts, $40 is for family of 4. The driver spoke very good English and provided good information along the way, he even stooped for us to visit the monkey park without extra charge. Infinity beachfront resorts has nice pool, and sport activities, but what impressed me was the clear water we snorkeled among fish, I recommend bringing your own gear. AMAZING views I couldn't resist taking may Samsung under water to snap pictures, I windup ruined it and have to repair it later...see photo. helpful staff at the resorts, the ladies, and Mcenzy.
