Had a wonderful experience from the owner who had a presentation to understand sake’s history and show how sake is made. His English was excellent as he attended MBA school in USA. He described the different characteristics of sake with 10 tastings. It was so good that I purchased 2 bottles. I highly recommend for sake lovers.

Was such a fantastic in depth explanation of culture, sake making, and how to experience the tasting. Was so much more than I expected and Hide was very personable. I would bring friends back. Worth every Yen spent.

One of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo was the Sake experience. Hide (the owner) was so knowledgeable about sake and had a real passion to share that knowledge. My sister and I learned so much about Sake and got to try a lot of different types. Would highly recommend doing this activity!

This was the perfect mix between instruction and tasting 10 different sakes. The sommelier spoke perfect English which made the tasting more enjoyable. He had prepared a video slideshow which he coupled with explanations and examples to touch and see. The shop is newly open and everything is clean and state of the art. The sommelier and his assistant were personable and really wanted us to learn and enjoy ourselves. We totally enjoyed our experience and highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn about sake and experience it in a way you probably never did .
