1.00The buses were extremely difficult to find and the site was of no help. Contacted Viator and they were of no use either. We requested credits for the tour and were denied as well. Our stay was for 4 days and saw 2 buses.

1.00Arrived in San Sebastián. Could not find the stops anywhere. The website was really hard to navigate. Asked for a refund and was denied. I have used this service in other cities and never experienced this or the customer service. Very disappointed.

3.00My reviews are almost always positive. Not this time. I must complain that on Sunday in San Sebastián, I waited for more than 30min in the rain at Tabakalera stop and the bus didn’t even stop. It was very upsetting. And when I tried to report to customer service chat, there was no answer.
