Experience the incredible Wailua River on this 5-6 hour, guided kayak tour on Kauai. We are the only tour company on the Wailua river that does not conduct afternoon tours. This means we can truly take our time and enjoy the day without rushing back to host another tour!

Secret Falls Trail

Embark on a guided hike through the verdant trails of Wailua State Park to discover the enchanting Uluwehi Falls. The journey takes you along a scenic path, mostly boardwalk —winding through tropical foliage and over gentle streams—until you arrive at the captivating falls, where the lush surroundings and cascading water create a truly memorable experience.

Our guide Tyler was great lots of knowledge and patience as we navigated kayaking and hiking. So fun to kayak on the river and the hike to secret falls was good. It’s muddy and slippery in parts recommend runners or water shoes for the hike

Calm Kayaking Trip with Swimmable Waterfall Experience

Fun experience but nothing crazy. Kayak trip of 2 miles (each way) was rather picturesque, and then the 1 mile hike (each way) to the waterfall involved crossing the water on multiple occasions. The 100-foot waterfall was definitely swimmable but very chilly! Snack options were trail mix, chips, and granola bars, along with bottled water. Cannot remember the name of our guide, but he was excellent. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because the trip is somewhat expensive and many people on the trail rented their own kayak and hiked independently. There were multiple dozen people at the waterfall, but it still didn’t seem too crowded.

We reserved the kayak, hike to secret falls guided tour. Our guide, Jonathan was great. But we were with a group who was not ready for the difficulty level of this adventure. We had two ladies unable to finish. Jonathan made a decision to make sure all of us were safe. So we had to turn back before finishing. Although disappointing, it was the right thing to do. The company gave us a partial refund. Much appreciated. I would recommend this tour.
