What To Expect

Meet your group at the shopping village, where you’ll check in and board a passenger van for a short transfer to the zipline course. After a safety briefing and gear fitting, tackle all 8 ziplines with expert guidance—gliding from green mountains to sweeping ocean vistas. Try tandem or hands-free styles and learn about the island’s history, flora, and culture throughout the journey. After your last line, return to the shopping center by van. Suitable for ages 7+ meeting weight and health guidelines; tour operates rain or shine.

Crystal and Jen are the best. They made each of us feel at ease and demonstrated all the "extras" that the brave ones could try at each line. It was a great time and one of the highlights of our trip.
Ziplining fun, the driving to and from and safety, not so much!!!

The actual experience of the ziplining was a great experience. the professionalism of the guides, not so much. The trip started off with a very fast (I mean 65 MPH through a 25 MPH zone) drive from the shop to the zipline area. Once we got there the guide went through the safety items very quickly, all the time music was loud on his Bluetooth speaker so you could not hear the safety instructions. Music is fine, but not during the only important discussion of the day. Another note on the music, the theme of every song of the tour was about weed, not the most encouraging music to instill confidence in our guides. One more note on safety, one of the guides did not wear the required safety helmet for their trips over the zipline, another example of not taking the safety of themselves or instilling confidence in the guests. I would not recommend this company for this tour. There are other providers in the immediate area. They may take safety (driving and zipline) more seriously.
Enjoyment by both experienced and non experienced!

Our whole group really enjoyed themselves on this zipline tour. There were a variety of levels. The guides also provided us with several ways in which to travel on the zipline. They had great personalities too! We also got some beautiful landscape shots while on the tour.

WONDERFUL experience - our guides were excellent and very helpful. We loved every minute of it. We would recommend this experience to anyway we would like to see this beautiful rainforest from above.

We wish we could go back & do this again! My boyfriend & I had such an amazing time doing this zip line tour & we got so many great videos & photos. Unfortunately our group was unable to do the 8-line at our originally scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances but they were able to move us to a different time slot the same day, which was an easy fix! The two tour guides we had were so nice and answered any & all questions our group may have had. The tour guides definitely made it so much fun with interesting facts about the island and even offering us some guava to eat, it was delicious & one of our favorite parts of the tour. This tour even helped me get over my fear of heights - kinda! We can’t wait to go back (:

Austin, Kaohi and sorry I forgot the other guides name made the time fun! We did the 8 zipline course, 5 would have been too little for the great time we had. It was my husband and I, my daughter and her fiancée, and my niece with her teenage daughter that went. I am originally from Kauai but the views we saw still astounds me.

Awesome outstanding lots of fun excellent guides staff is excellent go in the morning you should do the 8 zip lines definitely worth it where good shoes they have water
