We are active 70 and 73 year olds. This was our fourth zip line experience and, hands down, the best! The most strenuous and stressful part of the adventure was the ride in the back of the truck from the hotel to the beginning of the zips. The driver was excellent and minimized as much as possible the jarring and bouncing caused by the rough terrain, but it was an uncomfortable ride—forgotten as soon as we started the zips. The team were conscientious, offered assistance if needed, very safety-oriented, and took excellent care of us while ensuring everyone had a great time. The zips were a good combination of varying lengths and speeds. Rappelling the waterfall was a new experience and a bit difficult to get the hang of, but once you did, it was fun. The swim at the waterfall occurred mid-excursion and was refreshing—read VERY COLD! Highly recommend—we’ll definitely go for a repeat experience if we’re back in Puntarenas!

if you are in halfway good shape you will not find a better excursion anywhere! the ride from the ship, the truck ride up the mountain, 18 zip lines and the best staff ever to help along the entire way!

We had a wonderful time. It is strenous. Do take skid proof shoes and a bathing suit since there is a place to bathe at the bottom of a waterfall. Take bug repellant and enjoy yourself. It was a great experience.

This tour provided a taxi driver who met us at the cruise pier and transported us up the mountain to the activity base. Driver was friendly and explained everything we saw along the drive. Zip line Guides were excellent. We felt safe and well cared for. It was a bit more strenuous than we expected, but the guides helped us and gave us confidence to participate fully. This trek is a bit of a rustic experience, and is best-suited for those who are active. The lines over the various falls and through the jungle are unforgettable. When we accidentally dropped one of our cell phones which slid across the rocks and into the deep water below a waterfall, the guides took the time to get into the water and attempt to retrieve it, even fashioning a pole to fish it out. We were very happy and satisfied with the tour.

It ended up being just two of us. I was able to go with one of the people I met on the cruise. Beautiful day and incredible experience!

If I could give this 10 stars instead of 5, I would! Being surrounded by all the beautiful waterfalls made the experience so much better than regular zip lining. The drive was about an hour from the cruise port. Our driver Phillips and our three zip line guides were all excellent! Note that you have to be fairly agile in your footing between the lines, but safety throughout was top notch, especially with the zip lines. I highly recommend this tour!

This Zipline is truly one of a kind. We have done many other ziplines in different countries and sort of knew what to expect. These 25 cables over 11 waterfalls are simply mind blowing. What a scenery! Just WOW. We've been so lucky to be the only couple that morning and even got a private tour. Pictures don't do justice to the incredible beauty of this place. The two guides were awesome as were the German owner whom we met and had a good chat. Lunch afterwards was also fabulous. If you are in the area, don't miss the 25 Ziplines. It is so worth it. Highly highly recommended :-).

First time ziplining. Crew was very professional and helpful, especially for the 'older generation'. Felt very safe. Views were spectacular. Loved going over waterfalls.
