This experience is basically a private taxi with a ticket to the river cruise. Our driver was kind and gave us some fun facts, but we were late to a couple activities partially because he solely drives you place to place and traffic was bad. Be prepared with time on your own end and the experience will probably be better.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this tour experience. What we paid for was not delivered. The tour guide completely disregarded the itinerary we booked and left us to wander around confused and frustrated, offering little to no guidance. He rushed us the entire time, making it difficult to enjoy or learn anything. This was the first international trip for the children and the first tour of our journey — and sadly, it was completely ruined. I will be requesting a partial refund for this unacceptable experience.

We started at 5:15pm (landed earlier that afternoon) and Q recommended we do the River cruise which was a god idea as we got a good overview of the city with some history. Then we went around to key areas, had some street food and got to watch the lights at Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay which was awesome. Also got to see where the key heritage districts were so we could take ourselves around the rest of our trip. He also gave us recommendations of other places to go and things to do. Great first day tour.
