This was a full day tour with so much to see. Our leader, Rui, was excellent and explained a lot of what we were seeing and also answered all the questions we had. I was luck to also have a lovely Korean family from Montreal on my tour and we had a fun time. Sintra is amazing and it was my 2nd time there but saw many new and interesting places that I had not seen on my first time. There is lots of walking and stairs involved but it was all manageable. Rui enjoys his job and it shows in his fun and engagement with his clients.

Best guided experience I’ve ever had. Joa was a total rock star & led an absolutely perfect day. Everywhere we went ppl knew him, we skipped the line, other guides told us we had the best guide in Lisbon - they were so right! He was kind, polite, intelligent & respectful. His timing was perfection! 6 stars!

Great experience. The visited locations are really beautiful and the tour guide was great. Unfortunately there was a little bit of rain in the afternoon, but the guide was aware of the forecast and adapted the tour to not compromise our experience.

Amazing experience in Sintra! The tour was very well organized, and the guide Joao was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Sintra’s history and nature. There was a lot of walking uphill but all the views were worth it. Miguel was full of knowledge of every place and also a very kind and interesting person. I highly recommend the tour and the guide.

This was easily one of the best tours I’ve done anywhere, and I’ve taken plenty of them in different countries. A big reason for that was our guide João. João was incredibly energetic throughout the day, and it was clear he genuinely loves what he does. He knows a ton about Portugal, but what really made the tour stand out was how he shared the stories. João brought a lot of history to life throughout the tour. He was funny, engaging, and easy to listen to. We learned a lot without ever feeling overwhelmed or bored, and his storytelling ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. Even during the longer walks, the time flew by because he kept everyone entertained and engaged. The group size was perfect, the pacing felt right, and everything was really well organized. We loved how personal and immersive the whole experience felt and very much appreciated how safe of a driver João was. If you’re thinking about doing a Sintra tour, book this one. And if you get João, you’re in great hands. Couldn’t recommend it more!
