It was a great experience. Exactly what we wanted to explore. The tickets provided us access to the Nasrid palaces and all the other places in the Alhambra.

I had my trip planned to Granada but there were no tickets available to the Alhambra. With Viator I managed to buy my ticket for the day and time I wanted. They had excellent communication with me and sent my ticket two days before my appointment.

It’s a beautiful historic site with incredible Moorish architecture still perfectly preserved. A must-see experience. I really enjoyed the visit — the atmosphere was wonderful, and the organization was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Alhambra is worth a visit. It is a beautiful ruin to visit and still has Muslim architecture in tact. Must do experience. Remember to carry your passports. I liked the experience, the atmosphere was great, recommend

This service truly saved us, as it was the only one with tickets available, and the delivery was super quick and right on time. Visiting the Alhambra was an unforgettable experience!

Our trip to the Alhambra was perfect! Even with a few small delays because of my kids. Alberto was great and explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. We had to leave the stroller in some areas, but it was no problem for my children (6 and 3 years old). The Alhambra is amazing — much bigger and more beautiful than I expected. . Everything went well, even if the price was higher. It was totally worth it! Thanks again for the excellent organization. I highly recommend

You do not have access to tickets. All they do is probably check the webpage at midnight for triple the price. (You can do that yourself). But in high season there is no chance to get one of the personalized tickets. Viator returned my money, so I feel it is safe to keep booking events through this platform.

We missed the visit to the Nazarite palaces because of bad explanations. The meeting point wasn't where we had to go. Tickets had to be found for us by the manager of the tourist office. Unclear and little help, I won't use it again

There was no experience. Two days before the scheduled activity we were emailed that our tickets to the Alhambra were not available. Now we were shut out of any chance of getting tickets on our own as the tickets sell out weeks in advance. We were offered no options, no alternatives, nothing! We are still waiting for our refund.
