5.00Entering was simple and quick, and I was surprised by how well organized everything was inside. The museum has so many rooms filled with art and history. I loved the quiet spaces where I could look closely at the details on the walls and ceilings. The Raphael Rooms were full of color and life, and the Sistine Chapel was simply beyond words. Everyone stood in silence, looking up. The whole experience felt calm and meaningful, truly something to remember for years.

1.00Extremely unsatisfied. I would never recommend to anyone booking with Follow the Road. Do not book this tour it is a scam! I never received my ticket even after confirmation of my purchase and time selection. I tried to contact the tour company several times in multiple ways with no response. I’m awaiting a response from Viator still regarding this matter.

1.00To be absolutely avoided We paid 2 seats, we went to the meeting place and nobody, no tickets received by email or whatsapp. I called 3 times the Viator platform that sold us the tickets and nothing nada, do not email or call back and does not help. Under treaty and pocket our money!

1.00Beware about this company, they will charge you for the tickets upfront but you only get a vaucher and actual tickets supposedly be sent to you day before….well I didn’t get no tickets day before and tried to contact them about and instead of my tickets I got a run around from different support members all day long how they are “ trying “….still no tickets. My trip was scheduled for November 3 at 8 am and since I had no tickets I had cancelled the trip with my tour guide still trying to get answers from Viator… at 8.21 am I finally got tickets but it was too late at this point and I ask them to reschedule but they still keep sending me the same tickets………..Couple of hours later they said that my tickets non refundable….. Scam…

1.00Terrible company. Bought my tour tickets Aug 31 for the tour date of Oct.31. Was advised I would receive tickets 24 hrs before tour then advised would get tickets 1 hr before tour ( tour set for 10 ) at the museum Entrance waiting for tickets. Then got informed by someone else from another company they would get me my tickets . He gave me tickets for 9:30 entrance. Had to scramble to enter museum before 10 as only had half hour lee way to redeem tickets. Finally got entrance at 9:56. Do not use this company if you want to keep your sanity.
