  • Scheduled activities have not done during the visit. Poor Experience.

Formal Assessment of Activity Discrepancies During the recent visit, the scheduled activities and stated agenda were not fully executed. The only component of the "ninja experience" that was completed was shuriken throwing. Furthermore, a significant discrepancy was observed between the images presented on the Viator platform and the actual activities conducted at the location. The expectation was that the itinerary detailed on Viator would be adhered to during the visit. The deviation from this anticipated schedule negatively impacted the overall experience. The visit predominantly consisted of a historical guided tour, lasting approximately 40 minutes. How ever the tour guide Mr. Akira has good English and easy to understand, proactive with the kids.

I became a ninja and a Samurai for day! Was nice to get a first hand experience seeing some of the fitting styles, getting to wear the gear, and throw a ninja star! Childhood dream come true. Only thing I regret is not buying a real Katana!

It doesn't look that cool from the outside but it is 3 stories of awesomeness! You first get to dress up like a samurai so - 10/10. Then you get a guided tour about samurai and ninjas. Educational and super fun. Then you get to do ninja stuff. It was everything you dream of when thinking about imitating Japanese warriors. Very cool experience.

A Samurai museum was an extra activity I wanted to do before leaving Japan to give us some additional history of Japan and learn about the feudal period after seeing a few Shogun castles and hearing of the fabled Samurai and Ninjas. This museum was the cherry on top of our trip and tied so much together for us. I just thought it was a skip the line to get inside the museum ticket, but it was so much more. We actually had a tour with a knowledgeable guide who shared history and knowledge with us as we walked through the museum of authentic samurai armor, swords, and other weapons. We also got to throw the Ninja shuriken and have a competition with them and dress up as Samurai and take pictures. So much information and so much fun.
