We visit the Eastside of El Yunque Rainforest. Our adventure starts with a 30 minute hike (the path can be muddy) to the first mineral water, natural water pool. There you can enjoy the landscape, swim in the water and live in nature. Along the way you will learn of the bio diverse ecosystem of the rainforest, touch bamboo, unique flora, guava trees and 300 year old trees. Further up after a 15 minute hike, a little rocky there is another watering hole with natural waterfalls. NOTE : Saturday tour take a different route and require participants to be in good physical condition. This route is great for people in shape ready for a more steep and muddy adventure. If this is not for you, we encourage to book with us on any other day of the week. We are featured in Kayak Travel guide for San Juan.

Suuuuuper fun. The tour guides were knowledgeable about the areas’ history and ecological environment. They were also funny and charming and kind people! MUST be in reasonable physical shape. The hiking is not long but there are areas where you have to scramble up rocks.

We had a great experience at El Yunque. The scenery was beautiful, and Alex was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. Highly recommend this experience!

We had plenty of time to do all the hiking as well as cliff dive, rope swing, and slide down a rock wall. I highly recommend this tour for anyone. Luis is an excellent tour guide. We felt like we saw all the best sites on our rain forest tour.

Paul was great with scheduling and pick up with great energy for our early morning activity. The smaller group of 9 was very manageable. He was encouraging to try all the activities, took pictures, kept the group moving, giving a hand on the slippery and rocky terrain for those needing it.

Alex was an amazing tour guide!! He was very patient with our big slow group and helped grandma make it all the way to the pool. Part of our group did the slide, cliff jumping and rope swing and the rest of us watched. The trail was easy, more difficult terrain going up to the water slide, but that part is optional.I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun adventure in a beautiful rainforest!

This was the best excursion! Alex and Eliu were the most amazing guides, they were super fun, very informative of the plants in the rain forest and attentive to everyone's needs. Some of the rock scrambling was moderate to difficult for some and they made sure everyone felt safe and secure during the whole entire trip. They took pictures and video the whole time and at the end they sent them to our phones. Not to mention they picked us up right in front of our hotel! It was way more than we expected. Thank you Alex and Eliu!!!!!

Make sure you wear some footwear you're willing to throw away but still have decent grip as the rocks are slippery. Guides are super friendly and knowledgeable and the small group size was a plus. We left a little earlier and am glad we did. The groups that came behind us were quite large and back to back

Really fun experience, Paul is very responsible and caring for all of us. The rain forest is so beautiful definitely worth waking up at 6 am for it.

The tour was a lot of fun and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d suggest earlier tours because when we were leaving it was very crowded and hard to pass some of the other groups on the narrow stairs.

Fantastic trip to El Yunque. We got picked up at 6am on New Years Eve day because our guide, Elieu, knew it was going to be crowded. He was right! So glad we went early and were able to experience the trails and water before all the people arrived. A half day tour was just enough time to do everything and Elieu was a very fun and knowledgeable guide. We had to wear life jackets which was a good idea. We saw other groups without any and I question the safety of those trips!
