What To Expect
Road To Hana
The Hana Highway is a 64.4-mile-long (103.6 km) , longest, coastal scenic route in the world. To the east of Kalepa Bridge, the highway continues to Kipahulu as Hawaii Route 31 (the Piilani Highway). This tour covers 59 single lane bridges, over 640 turns and curves, through lush, tropical rainforest. Most of the concrete and steel bridges date back to 1910.
Ho'okipa Beach Park
Ho'okipa Beach is considered the windsurfing capital of the world, you can enjoy watching wind surfers, kite boarders and surfers challenge the oceans waves and shoreline winds. This is also the Threatened Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle capital of Maui, with 200-pound turtles feeding along the shoreline and basking on the beach all day long.

5.00We had a fantastic trip with our family on June 12 with Melissa. We traveled with two other families and Melissa was walking us through the history of Maui along the way. We learnt a lot during the trip and she gave us the right amount of breaks. She is a really passionate tour guide and I would definitely recommend her to anyone going to Hāna.

5.00This is a great tour! It was really nice to be picked up directly from our resort, versus trying to find a meet up point, which is typical for most tours I’ve been on. My daughters and my boyfriend had never done the road to Hana tour and they loved it. Malissa was a fabulous tour guide with a wealth of information and tons of energy/excitement for her job and the people on her tours. She always made sure that she took great pictures and videos of our family at each stop. Malissa was also great about taking us to places that were not on the normal, touristy road to Hana stops. Our tour took longer than normal as a portion of the road was closed, and we had to turn around which added to our total tour time, but Malissa was great about providing more information about Maui, Hawaiian culture, and getting to know me and my family better. She really knows the road to Hana well and we always felt safe and secure on this challenging terrain.

5.00Melissa was very informative, funny and just a hoot to hang out with. Gotta say, if it would have been anyone else? It would not have been as fun. I am recovering from foot surgery, so was unable to do as much as others in our group. Melissa and I hung out and shared stories and perspectives that made the day MUCH more interesting for me.
