  Me and my girlfriend booked a snorkeling course to Ko Bida and were just overwhelmed. The underwater world there is unbelievably beautiful – we have seen several sharks, clownfish, sepia and even pufferfish. A real highlight! We were accompanied by our diving instructor Sofie, who took an incredible amount of time for us and explained everything calmly and understandably. Thanks to her, we felt safe and in good hands at all times. Overall, an unforgettable experience that we can only recommend to everyone!

  It was the best, most professionally run excursion we have ever taken. We had a guide to make sure we didn't miss anything. The food was great. We went snorkeling, but there were many divers with us. Best boat on the island. Don't miss this one

• Family Snorkel at Ko Haa

  We used Phoenix (family of 4) as we wanted to snorkel Ko Haa. We had already done a couple of longtail trips and wanted a faster option. The team are mostly focused on diving, however our day had 6-7 snorkelers and 8-9 divers. Boat trip was fast and comfortable (45mins). First snorkel site was good. However the second site was just brilliant. We had a guide who took the group out around one of the islands and then back into the main snorleking area. The abundance of sealife was amazing. Huge schools of fish, sea snakes, giant eels, dozen and dozens of different fish varieties to look at. Lunch was a simple but tasty lunch box of rice, fried egg, and some stir fry chicken and veg. Plenty of fruit and drinks provided all day. When the divers got to the third spot we were told it wasn't a snorkeling site, however we had been told 3 sites would be covered. So our guide took us out. A very deep location (some might not like it), but as strong swimmers we found it really intresting. Quick trip back and we were off the boat by 3pm, which was great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a faster option than a longtail boat. Think they also inspired our 16 year olf to consider a dive course in future which was great!.

  The weather is bad but the day was so good. We saw a lot of fish because the water is clear, we saw a shark and turtle. Thanks for snorkeling day.

  We had three amazing dive-days with Phoenix Divers. Our instructors Veda and Mark were very professional, we felt very safe diving with them and it was a lot of fun. It was an awesome experience, I would definitely recommend it!

  Super guides, good lunch, modern boat, beautiful fish seen, chances of shark, turtle etc. Besides secret spots and not mass tourism But beware! if you have fair skin, be sure to cream everything that is not hidden under the wetsuit after every snorkeling session! We had bad sunburn on our calves, arms and partial scalp and we were creamed beforehand, of course, at 50. Otherwise have fun

  Professionally organised. Great sites for a wide variety of marine life. You will be picked up from your hotel. Mix of scuba divers and snorkellers but with plenty of expert guidance on hand. Highly professional. If you have a few days I suggest you walk into their premises in Saladan and ask for advice on the location and day that best suits your experience and requirements. You will be asked about equipment and sizes and it will all be waiting for you on the boat on the day.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Pheonix Divers. I initially booked a generally quite touristy snorkling trip a few weeks prior as it was my first time snorkeling and didn't quite know where to look, but was disappointed in the large amount of beach time compared to actual snorkle time and how rushed things felt. If you book with Pheonix, rest assured your day is dedicated to snorkeling or diving, whichever you choose and it is certainly not rushed. All staff and instructors were so kind and particularly Jun was an amazing snorkle guide and pointed out amazing marine life I nearly missed like some eels and an octopus! You have plenty of snacks and drinks on board, it's a smaller group so not very crowded, and they take care to check in and always make sure you're ok and having a great time. I got mildly sea sick and they have some sea pills and they checked in a little while later to make aure I was still feeling ok. I snorkled for 3 days and each day was as fun as the last and always so efficient and well organized. We got lucky and saw many black tip reef sharks, a sea turtle, many eels, sea snakes, cuttlefish, and a super cute octopus. I could go on. But all this to say, I highly recommend and would absolutely come back to get my scuba certification from them or again to simply snorkle. Thank you for such a fun experience!
