First stop in the UNESCO-listed medieval village of Saint-Emilion, take in the amazing picturesque scenery, filled with history, and taste excellent wines.
Take the way to the 1st winery in Saint-Emilion and follow the discovery with the guided visit at a local winery, taste their wines and stay for a picnic lunch.
Drive through the spectacular Medoc "Route des Châteaux" which combines nature & culture. There you will find predominately Cabernet Sauvignon based wines.

1.00Changed the time the night beforeoit tour next morning ( just before our tour) they cancelled said it was dangerous, trees could fall so cancelled because they didn't have insurance why would you take a tour with no insurance. Hotel was able to get us a tour with Olala Tour group that same morning at the last minute and it was amazing. It was a beautiful sunny day so guessing they just didn't want to do the tour that day, we all got a good laugh looking for falling trees 😂 . Beware if you are only in Bordeaux for a few days it could be cancelled.

5.00Long day but worth it for 4 wineries and a great walking tour of St Emilion. No pressure to buy wines although we did! Drawback was very crowded and uncomfortable vehicle, some one hour drives, Thro wsd an absolutely fantastic guide!

5.00Our guide, Theo, was extremely knowledgable about the wines, terroirs as well as the history of both St. Emilion and Medoc. He was a very good driver and set up a brilliant picnic. The chosen venues were very intimate with a boutique feeling. A super trip!

5.00Dante was a great guide. There was a great variety of wine from chateau to wine taste. Interesting to see the notes from each wine that the wine makers decided on. We had a great time in Saint Emilio.

5.00Dante was a wonderful guide, full of knowledge and enthusiasm for the regions wines. The tour was very informative, the wines were great and the lunch was delicious. The tour certainly met and exceeded my expectations. The group was fun and the weather was perfect, another bonus to the day.
