A) Tours operate on a first come first served basis. We do not take reservations for a specific departure time.
B) In the peak season there might be some wait time after the lunch hours, and unfortunately, we are not be able to guarantee seats availability after 3:00PM.
C) Check in at the Ticket Booth first is required. You will be placed on the next available tour and handed your boarding pass. You would not be able to get on the carriage without a boarding pass.

5.00Our tour guide was knowledgeable. The horses were friendly. It was raining and chilly but were given blankets. The coach stopped a few times so we had plenty of picture opportunities as well as being able to pet the horses, Chief & Roy. 10/10!

5.00It was an amazing experience! The tour guides were both informative and entertaining, and Bud and Bill, the little horses, were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the insights shared along the way. The added touch of blankets made the experience even more thoughtful. Overall, a 10/10 experience that I highly recommend!

4.00The ride was fun, the guide was informative and fun, loved hearing about the history and the horses. Wish we had more time at the totems, 7 minutes was not enough to visit the totems and the gift shop for hot chocolate.
