4.00Let's acknowledge the elephant in the room. Using the Fast Track service in Bangkok Airport is ridiculously overpriced. Considering how cheap everything else is in this country, paying $40-$50 to skip a queue after a long flight is way too expensive. But, yes, I paid for it, as I've experienced enormous queues at Bangkok Airport security before, and it's painful. This time though, I arrived at the airport at 5am, and here's the irony: I was in row 51 of the plane, I was one of the very last to leave the plane, but after catching the train to the main part of the airport, I arrived to find... regular security had no queue whatsoever. As for my Fast Track VIP... I got there, and I was literally the only person there. Zero queue. So, it's going to be a gamble as to whether this is worth the price, but I've got to say, their service was amazing. I paid for the self-service version (I didn't need someone to meet me, and show me the way), and within minutes of making the booking, I was getting clear instructions on what to do, where to go, and clear maps/images. It was a very impressive service. Would I do it again ? If I was arriving during the day, definitely. At 5am in the morning ? I'm not sure. Remember, I had no queue at security, but I still had a 30 minute wait for luggage with everyone else afterwards.

3.00As soon as the service was booked I received a text from a coordinator. He took my details & also created a WhatsApp group for me himself & the person who was assigned to us. They shared the gate at which they would meet & a photo of the person. On the day of travel they constantly coordinated on whatsapp to align the time of arrival. When we reached, he was waiting for us & helped with my handicapped mother by wheeling her wheelchair (which was my personal wheelchair) while I handled the bags on a trolley. Unlike the arrival service the departure service ends at the entry point for the fast track lane.

5.00i can’t rate this service highly enough 100 stars from me! They what’s app you instruction as you are leaving skywalk on how to get to VIP area, they greet you and are literally through in 2 minutes, then a guide takes you to the baggage belt, helps with luggage and took me to shuttle bus to Dom meaning airport, which i would not of found easily on my own. Also after a long flight who wants to wait an hour plus in the immigration queue . Worth every penny

5.00The fast track + golf cart service was so worth it! All I had to do was find the staff member with my name sign and they handled everything from end to end. Immigration was a breeze in just minutes. They handled my carry on luggage, getting my checked, and carted it all the way to getting me into a taxi. 10/10 exceptional service! I even had a missed/delayed flight and they were able to accommodate the change. My contact was so communicative via text.
