It was an overall good experience but we felt it was too crowded to enjoy all the facilities. We stayed in the outdoor area . The sauna and indoor pools were way too crowded to feel comfortable.

Water not as hot as expected. In fact some of the indoor pools were cold too. Also the option from Viator for the free drink is not there but another 10min train ride to some other place so we didn’t go there. It’s best to buy the tickets at the place rather than use Viator for this.

We arrived before 9 AM and were able to get lounge chairs in the shade of the building. We went and used the pools inside first. The Jacuzzi like pool is rather small. There were two larger gentlemen who had that pool completely occupied. We spent most of our time in the larger outdoor pool. We did go over to the adventure pool and enjoyed the whirlpool/lazy river experience. By noon time, it was very crowded and people arriving could not find any chairs. Definitely a place you want to go to early. Great area to walk around afterwards. We visited the monument park and the castle. Easy to take the subway to the bath.
