Experience the best of the city and the outdoors during this full-day tour of the island of Tenerife. Get picked up from your hotel by a local guide and head to the very top of the island to see Los Gigantes, majestic cliffs that provide panoramic views of the island below. Puerto de La Cruz or El Puerto, as its known locally, is the next stop where your guide will recommend a restaurant for lunch (not included in the tour price). After lunch you will have some free time to discover this city that overlooks the ocean and is surrounded by fields, banana plantations and vineyards and, off course, always under the watchful eye of El Teide.Then explore the seaside area of Candelaria, stopping along the way for photos and insight from the guide. After a full-day touring the entire island, get dropped off back at your hotel.

1.00We booked a small group tour in a minivan with a maximum of 15 people. Unfortunately, we were put on a coach with more than double that many people! I would not have booked this tour if it was on a tour bus as I get motion sick and since we were almost the last of people to join the tour, we were stuck at the back and the tour guide basically said "tough". There are a lot of twists and turns which made the tour quite uncomfortable when fighting motion sickness. The tour was 9 hours long and we were only off the bus for 3 hrs and 10 minutes. Would not recommend.

4.00Trip was great, got to see many highlights of Tenerife. Also had some free time to wander around and shop. Guide was great as well. Only bummer was I had to sit all day next to a man who was very sick with a bad cough, and he wasn't wearing a mask. By that evening I started coughing, and had a horrible cough/cold the rest of my vacation. Not the Tour .Operator's fault, but I wish if people are sick they would be more considerate of others
Overall, a good value day out.

4.00Excellent day out to see more of the island of Tenerife. It’s a long day, so be prepared! Check your pick up time, I was given 0830, when it was actually 0935 (a lot of difference when you are on holiday!)

4.00A brilliant guide, Thomas and a skillful driver Jose. Odered in a small 15 pers. bus got a big bus with cramped legspace a tons of stops at hotels. But overall a nice day.
