to find out specific location of meeting point as the mall is miles long. i couldn't walk that far they need to tell u which entrance to come in

Ride was short and good. However the experience to get printed ticket wasn’t good. There was no indication that we need to get the tickets printed from a counter inside the Dubai mall. When we directly went to the ride location we were informed . So had to get back search for counter, stand in long line to get this tickets printed. Viator or operator should inform this clearly upfront to avoid wasting 30 mins time .

Excellent trip on boat to see the fountains. Really good to be up close and actually feel the spray from them Bit of a panic getting tickets as it was not clear that you actually have to go into Mall and pick them up at one of the At The Top booths This should be made clear as it looks like when the tour organiser sent the e mail with tickets you didn’t actually need to go and get them. That said it only cost us 20 minutes extra time and did not take any of the enjoyment out of trip
