4.00Driver on time, had a placard with our name. Thanks for that. Also handled our baggage and knew some short cuts to avoid traffic. Thanks for that Drove very fast, should have brought vehicle to where we were rather than us walking across a very large parking lot

1.00Shuttle never showed up to pick me up. My 4 year old daughter and I were left at the airport in Mexico with no ride. I called Viator and they advised me to call my driver. I called the number they provided and the driver told me that he doesn't work with Viator and never has and had no knowledge of a reservation. I tried to call Viator back. I was put on hold twice and hung up on after 30 minutes of holding. I ended up taking a taxi 1.5 hrs to my destination which was far more expensive and not as safe an option. I am still trying to get a refund from Viator and hopefully an explanation.
