The directions in the app sent me to the cruise terminal. There was no one at the trolley stop to pick up the luggage. We waited about 10 minutes and no one showed up so we asked information. Information sent us across the street from the cruise terminal about a block away. We got there and looked around but there was no one under the trolley stop umbrella again so we walked back a block to the cruise terminal again and found a couple of people helping passengers. They sent us back across the street around a block and there was a young man under the umbrella who helped us with our luggage. We spent around 45 minutes just looking for them. He had not been there before and explained that he had to go over to the main office and that’s why he wasnt there when we got there. He also explained that Sundays when cruise ships were coming in they could not be in the location right outside the cruise terminal. The app should explain that there is a different address on Sundays so customers don’t get the run around while they are hauling 150 lbs of luggage. The trolley stop attendant was great and did everything he said he was going to do after we finally found him. Only four stars because of our run around.

All information online has different time frames then what workers tell you for pickup and drop off. Very hard to find people that work there also.

Very good, safe and secure, nice staff. It was difficult to find, instructions were very vague. In the ‘how to get there’ section was a general map and address. Both were wrong. It should have said, leave cruise centre. Look for Hop on Hop off trolly staff, outside, blue hats, red polos. ! Once we found them was like clockwork.

I struggled to find this storage after purchasing tickets in advance. I did eventually find staff and found out that you give your luggage to them and they take it approx 10 minutes away to a storage office, when you want your luggage back you ask them to fetch it for you. I did not feel comfortable using the service as I wanted to go sightseeing before my cruise and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a staff member and retrieve my luggage in time. I ended up paying a hotel next to the terminal to store our luggage. think it should be made clear that the storage facility is not next to the terminal.

Terrible experience. No idea where to take luggage, they said someone would be outside and wasn’t. Complete waste of 50 minutes. Stored in hotel for cheaper price in the end.
