The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Children must be accompanied by an adult

Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).

Stollers can be stored under the bus for no additional charge as long as they can be folded by the traveler, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.

Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver at check-in.

What To Expect

Enjoy a hassle-free, convenient transfer between select downtown Vancouver Hotels and downtown Victoria as you board a comfortable motor coach outside one of our five hotels. From here, the motor coach will transport you directly to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and aboard a BC Ferry to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Your trip across the Strait of Georgia is a 95 minute scenic adventure through the Gulf Islands. Make sure to keep your eyes out for various wildlife as well as the beautiful vistas! Once you arrive at Swartz Bay, the same motor coach will transfer you directly to Capital City Station, centrally located behind the Fairmont Empress Hotel in the heart of downtown Victoria.

We loved the ride on the ferry!! It was good to have food available too. The bus ride was fine but long on both ends.

Coach picked us up at the hotel we had selected right on time. From then on we did not have to figure anything out or arrange anything. The only drawback of this mode of getting from Vancouver to Victoria, is that it takes a long time. Pick up at our hotel at 8:15 am and got off in Victoria at 1:30 pm. Beautiful scenery on ferry portion of the journey. Reasonable price.

We were picked up less than a block from our hotel. The bus handled our luggage and dropped us less than a block from our hotel in Victoria. The bus travelled across on the ferry so there was no bag changing. It was super easy

Our driver was extremely polite, punctual and professional, that’s why I gave a 5 start rating, however our pick up meeting place was the furthest away from our hotel and I did ask at booking cause our hotel was not an option for pick up. I must add our driver justified it, stating it was at the best location view wise.

Easy way to get from Vancouver to Victoria. Pickup was a bit late. It would be good if they had some way to notify waiting passengers if busses were running late. Once picked up at hotel location all went well.
