5.0Breathtaking. No formal tour needed. There’s no way out but forward, and I you are herded like actual cattle, so prepare to do it all again if the chapel itself is closed due to over crowding. Love you!
Last-minute ticket cancellation. Completely unreliable.

1.0They canceled my ticket at the last minute, and we were looking for a ticket to enter the Vatican. It was a completely unreliable site. Fortunately, they refunded the money we had prepaid.

5.0Put comfy shoes on as there's plenty of walking. Don't arrive too long before the ticket time as they won't let you in but you are literally straight in with no queue at your times lot. Worth pre booking as the pay on the day queue was ridiculous

4.0Very nice to skip the long line! It is very easy to believe that you have to stand in line, but we walked passed the whole line to check for another entry, and it was a separate entry for those with tickets. I think these tickets are very overpriced. A ticket from the original Vatican website costs 20€ + 5€ to skip the line per person - and here I payed twice. They claimed that is was so you can skip the line, but it is really not a skip the line entrance, it is just an entrance for those who has bought a ticket beforehand. A very nice experience in the Vatican museums.
