Giverny was absolutely breath taking and Versailles was over the top. We had a fabulous guide and a very professional bus driver.

We thought this tour was wonderful. The check-in was smooth and the bus was a double decker with plenty of room. We went to Giverny first and it exceeded our expectations. So beautiful. The lunch on the Epte River was not only a beautiful setting but a delicious meal. The Palace of Versailles was over the top extravagant. It was also over the top crowded. The rooms were difficult to get through due to the amount of people. Of course, that was not the fault of our wonderful guide who did her best to move us to areas that were comfortable for viewing. We ended up breaking away from the group in order to move quickly through and get outside to the gardens. The whole place was quite a sight. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we were unable to use the bathroom on the bus and there was a stench coming from it. Other than that, it was all great.

Great day , great to see both and the beautiful French countryside in a day trip when time is short . If time isn’t short spend a day at Versailles the gardens are huge. Guide was lovely and informative, her red umbrella helped us find her and stay together in crowds . Free time given at both . The 3 course lunch was delicious and well organised , plenty to eat and wine too in a lovely setting . Wonderful day .

I loved seeing the Monet House area and all the flowers. However, the guide, Caroline made this day not so good for my mom and I. We did not know that the bathroom on the bus would be locked and I had to go to the bathroom and was told there was no water in the bathroom. I would have gone at the restaurant at the end of lunch but there wasn't time and we were told to get up and leave. I would have gotten up during lunch if I had known. Regardless, my mom who is 80 needed to go also and there is a long walk into the Versailles Palace and she didn't make it to the restroom and had an accident. That really ruined the day for her and I barely made it there. Versailles was very crowded but beautiful. We also told Caroline we could not hear her nor could several other women either. She did not get any louder on the bus. We did not hear that she said the bus leave the parking lot at Versailles and return at 5 PM. It started pouring down rain and we went to find the bus a little early. We got panicked the bus was not there and got quite soaked in the rain even sharing one umbrella. I tried to text and call the number listed to contact the tour operator on the Viator app but they did not reply until days later, and it was sorry but no help. Talked to Caroline about that and all she could is, "I told you about the bus." I also felt left out as I had not purchased the guided tour due to price and felt maybe for the price, this could be included for all. My mom did not have headphones so she couldn't listen to the app audio tour so we didn't do that. It felt like we were just on our own and I could have done that without a guide. Overall, two beautiful places and nice lunch. We loved the gift shop at Giverney. However, the uncaring guide and lack of pointing out restrooms and no mention of no bathroom on the bus for a 9 1/2 hour tour seems wrong for the price we paid. I hope this feedback is passed along to Caroline and that she improves some things and that your company can allow a bathroom on a bus. This is the first tour in Paris and London with no bathroom so we did not expect that.

All in all, this experience was great. Caroline was our guide. I think that she did an amazing job. I only have one complaint. On the bus, we could barely hear Caroline in the speaker system. I also have some advice for future travelers on this tour. It doesn't hurt to keep an eye on the weather forecast. You should absolutely document the trip. I brought my camera, and I didn't regret it.
