Guide was amazing, bus/driver was great, and lots of people to navigate (live guide and audio guide groups combined) whom were all respectful of time. There was not enough time allotted for the price and number of events promoted. The lunch set is back a half hour and not the best lunch experience which dominoed into much shorter Versailles visit and less than 30 min to walk the gardens which doesn’t allow you to walk them at all. In theory, it sounded great; thus willing to pay the higher price but in reality too many opportunities for mistakes, which did happen, resulting in a not so great experience.

Great way to fit two experiences in one day. You don’t get a lot of time at Versailles, but that’s because the palace is too massive to see in half a day. But you do get to see all of the most famous areas, which I appreciated. Our tour guide was great and very informative of the history of both places.

The tour and tour guide Alex were wonderful! It is perfect if you aren't in Paris for too long and want to see as much as possible. The negatives of the trip were things not in the tour guides hands (such as the palace being way too packed). The only thing is we didn't get to spend too much time in the gardens (but this is the last stop on tour) so it is possible to leave the group and stay at the palace on your own longer. Overall would recommend!

Our trip was amazing, the only hiccup was at Palace Versailles. Due to heavy crowds we did not have as much time as planned in gardens. But overall it was amazing and highly recommend using the service.

Spent the majority of the time on a coach and at lunch. Very very little time at the actual sites. Poorly planned and executed. Lunch was great. But no time built in for bathroom breaks. Guide rushing us. She (Alex) had good info but was so rushed and interested in getting back. We barely had time to see Versailles and the gardens . Don’t waste your money. Pick one tour and do that. - unless you prefer to sit on a coach. They didn’t have enough people checking us in so we left late but finished with time to spare. Coach had other people who had not a guided tour. Honestly would have preferred no guide. She clearly preferred them as they spoke French. No accommodations for elderly. People had canes and other disabilities. They just had to keep up.
