This is a hard review to write. Overall the tour is a good way to see as much as possible in one day. The tours, the food, the transportation was very good. The Monet Gardens cannot be missed. Would have liked to have more time there and less at the Palace. Both places were extremely crowded. I would highly recommend going to these two places in the off season. I do have one item of concern. There was a particular family in our group that was a problem form the jump - before we even loaded the bus. At lunch many of the families had to share tables which is typically not a concern of mine. I enjoy meeting new people and socializing. Of course my family was seated with the problem family for lunch. We tried to make the best of it, but ultimately this family ruined the experience for my family. The drinks were served family style - the other family took full advantage of this. One person in their party drank most of the wine allotted for the table and then threw up during lunch on the table. There are many more details to this that caused lots of frustration for not only us but the entire bus. We boarded the bus 4 times total throughout the day. By the final trip all the seat surrounding this family on the bus were empty - no one wanted to sit near them. I am not sure what the solution to this could be, but I do feel the guide could have intervened. Or at very little when you see a problem family seat them by themselves as to not ruin everyone else's experience. This was the most expensive tour we booked and we did not get our money's worth due to this family's constant disruptions. I feel this family owes us money!

I missed the tour by a few minutes and contacted the operator via chat before that and there was no response. It was disappointing to spend that much money and not even a direct response by the tour operator.

Overall, a nice day. Human guide was delightful. Lunch was the highlight of the day. We chose the audio guided experience and it was disappointing. The narrative at Monet's Garden was too long and did not really correlate to the locations keyed on the map. We eventually stopped using it. Versailles was worse. The narration were long, generic, and unable to keep pace with the crowds as they moved through. Not worth the cost.

It was a wonderful tour. Monet's gardens at Giverny were packed. We wished we would have had more time there. Versailles was also crowded but the gardens were fantastic to explore and we definitely had enough time there. Our guide was phenomenal. She was very clear with directions and did a great job of getting us in at our appointed times. We took the audio tour and it was great because we could hear her and with her clear directions, we were able to follow her and get where we needed to be on time. It was excellent! Thanks!!! they were so accommodating!
