We will take DE Lake Geneva from Geneva to Lausanne, then we will take the Vineyard Route to Vevey, then the motorway will take us to Aigle, where is the castle that houses the Wine Museum, the highlight of this excursion. The return trip will be by motorway EN route Chexbres, for wine tasting DE.

Nyon
Nyon, a city on Lake Geneva, was founded by the Romans during the reign of Julius Caesar between 46 and 44 BC. Passing through Nyon, on the shores of Lake Geneva, we can observe a flower garden with at the bottom of the Roman columns, vestiges of the presence of the Romans in this city, well preserved until today. The city centre is dominated by a magnificent historic fortress, the Nyon Castle built in the twelfth century and transformed in the sixteenth century.
Rolle
Rolle is a small town of about 7,000 inhabitants founded in the year 1319 by Count Amadeus V of Savoy, in the vicinity of a castle that dates from 1260. Main points of interest: the castle and the pretty promenade that is right next door.
