My husband and I had a great time. Lindsey was an awesome tour guide. The trek was worth it, though I would say wear hiking sandles or some other sturdy shoe you can walk through water in. The tour company was great with the food and able to accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free dietary needs. Do bring a good size water container - you'll want it!

Anya was our guide and she was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, kind, and a great guide. We learned so much from her. Wear good water shoes and take them up on the offer to use a walking stick!

Jay was an awesome guide! We even got an ecology lesson about the plants. We weren’t rushed, got to enjoy the day and have a bakery lunch together at the waterfall.

Very fun day with kayaking, hiking and swim and lunch at the waterfall. Jay did a great job navigating different skill levels and clearly loves his job and Kauai.

Our guide Lindsey did a great job leading our afternoon kayak and hiking tour to Sacred Falls. She was attentive, welcoming, upbeat, knowledgeable, and resourceful at leading our group through the changing weather situations. The rainfall earlier in the day had resulted in canceled morning tours because of river and trail conditions, but Lindsey kept an eye on the conditions and kept us safe throughout the afternoon tour, and we were rewarded with a memorable, fun and beautiful trip. Thanks, Lindsey!

Had a great guide, Lindsey was knowledgeable and friendly.. we arrived just after a pretty good rainstorm so the river was high.. dismounted from kayaks in waist deep water and tied off to a log.. the water was pretty murky so footing was a bit rough.. the trail is pretty good until about the last quarter mile.. lots of ankle deep mud and some pretty rocky areas.. we did this hike in the spring and it was a whole different experience… this trip after the rain is not for the faint of heart.. while I enjoyed it my wife was not so fond of it. If you go be sure to wear a solid pair of hiking shoes.
