This was an amazing tour and so fun! We went in March so it was chilly but not too bad. We made a stop at Loch Lomond and Callandar for lunch. Both distillery stops were interesting and fun to see! With the private tour it really allows you to be able to focus on what you want to see.

We were with some friends looking for a trip that could satisfy our interest in whiskey and the rich history of Scotland. And that certainly worked! First, we were picked up on time at our stated accommodation and we could leave. The bus was very comfortable and the driver very friendly. He even had a Scottish kilt on, which was very funny. During the trip we saw many beautiful places from the car, but also at the places where we stopped for some photos. But what was most striking was how much our driver (and friend) knew about the country of Scotland! I say friend, because we laughed so much with Frasier and he felt like one of the group! At the end of the tour he even took us to our next stay (which was not part of the tour). Oh yeah! you would almost forget that we actually went there for the whisky, which also tasted very good ;p So if you're looking for a fun day away and want to see and taste some of Scotland, this is your tour!
