Shannon Falls is composed of a series of cliffs, rising 335 metres above Highways 99, making it the third highest falls in the province, ranking behind 481 metre Della Falls in Strathcona Provincial Park on Vancouver Island and 396 metre Hunlen Falls in Tweedsmuir Provincial Park near Bella Coola.

Tour starts with a drive to Sharon falls and then onto Gondolla at Squeamish then a walk around the paths up the mountain top great views clean air plenty to do on our visit then it was off to Whistler nice area ski village in the winter loads to doo if youran outside person lots of shops and resteraunts our tour guide Betty was very Knowledgeable about the areas we visited

Falls were really cool, and it was nice to be able to get up so close. Views from the gondola were awesome, and shortly after reaching the top, the clouds parted and you could see for miles in several directions. The suspension bridge got a little nerve wracking in the middle, as the bounce picked up considerably, but not enough to keep me from taking it back as well. Whistler is a nice area, but felt 3 hours would have been enough, vs. the 4 you have. But above all, was the driver! Sorry to say, I’m horrible with names, but such a great guy to take this trip with. He’s been driving it for decades, and knows so much about the area, the time just flew by listening to him fill us in as the miles clicked past. Highly recommend!

Fabulous scenery, the Howe Sound, Shannon Falls are beautiful. Whistler “village” is essentially a suburban shopping center. But not a good one. Unless you mountain bike or ski imho , save your money, as there is better shopping in Vancouver assuming you can tolerate the absurdly high prices, especially for food and any alcohol product😱
