Worth every penny. Kraków direct, our driver Piotr took care of us from the moment he showed up at the pick up point. Great idea to set up whats app chat for the whole group and sharing useful information such meet up location, break time, food recommendations etc. We booked full day tour to Auschwitz and Wieliczka, it was all well organized. Very informative guide on both sites we visited. I highly recommend Kraków direct, you won't be disappointed I promise. Very friendly customer service

All in all it was a good excursion, although it did feel somewhat "commercialized".... the day we went it was very cold and windy, with a wind-chill almost hitting -10 degrees celsius. I would recommend dressing warmly if you are going during the winter months. Lots of walking, and with the uneven surfaces ensure you are wearing good footwear for all conditions. The definite highlight to the trip was a visit to the salt mines! Our tour guide was fantastic, and what an incredible experience!

  • A long day…

An absolute must do while in Krakow. It was a really good trip with friendly drivers and guides. However a couple of feedback points from us would be: 1. Doing the camps and the salt mines is just too long a day especially with all the walking 2. The camps were hard going, anyone with reduced mobility would have no chance. We are all fit and well but found it too much walking on very uneven ground. 3. Both the guide at the camps and the guide in the salt mines talked too quickly. With their accent we mused half of what they were saying. Overall an unforgettable experience and a must do but I would do the two trips on different days

  • Exceptional Service and Comfort

There is alot of bad press about ridiculously early pick ups and queueing. I can honestly say, we had no issues, our driver was very informative and friendly. Our tour guide at Auschwitz and Birkenhau (Mihael) was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. The audio equipment is exceptional. I was able to skip a section without any drama. It us alot of walking, 5 miles for Auschwitz and I underestimated the impact of the steps down at the salt mine, but it was worth it. It's true what they say about the lift, uts very intimate, but over quickly. To be honest we shared it with a group of Irish people and it made it funny. Lots of cool air in the salt mine so you don't feel too underground if that makes sense. We had every confidence in our chosen company and we can recommend.

  • Deceived

Pay attention to the misleadingly titled booking, the day trip is not the one described. For example, we were only taken to the mine, telling us that we had only purchased that option, but both the title In black and the photograph did believe otherwise. Viator didn't help us fix that. BEING DECEIVED IS THE SADDEST THING THERE IS.

Very well organized day and great welcome from Walker, who kept the group to hours and well disposed! How important is indeed the guide! The visit is organized in order to give some free time by place, but obviously a well-framed historical accompaniment. Great solution!
