Pick-up from the hotel was right on time—down to the minute. The service was excellent throughout. The tour of the Salt Mine was incredibly well organized and efficient. We spent about 1.5 to 2 hours walking underground, surrounded by healing salt air—it truly makes your lungs feel great! A unique and memorable experience.

The saltmines Tour itself was absolutely amazing. Our Driver Matthew picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable and informative about Polish history and Krakow. Well worth doing this tour highly recommended. Travelling as family of 4 with 2 teenagers from Ireland.

The company operating the transfer service does not conduct the actual mine tour. Transport was professional and polite. The driver provided the tickets, and the van was nice and clean. The tour itself was interesting but I was disappointed that it was very focused on the sculptures, legends and stories, and the fact that everything in the mine is made of salt, and there was almost no factual narrative history or description of mining technology and how it changed over time. The visual features were very interesting but I learned more about the history of the mine reading Wikipedia afterwards. If you are the kind of traveler who is interested in museums and historical sights, this tour will probably leave you unsatisfied. There is a museum at the site, but the itinerary of the transport did not leave time to visit it. If you want to visit the museum you need to plan much longer than the four hours allotted in this booking.

Nice, fairly short trip from Krakow and absolutely worth it. The things that were created in the salt mine are almost impossible to believe until you see them. The guides at the salt mine were really good but it was very crowded, and we weren't even there in the height of tourist season.
