Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

The bus trip was a little cramped but did not take too long. More information beforehand would have been useful especially when faced with the queues to get into Auschwitz. However, visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau is a remarkable and sobering experience. Overall the trip could do with a little more time between the two sites. The guide is very informative and very factual. More time at Birkenau would be better.

This tour will pull at every heartstring and tear at every emotion. It’s devastating, but at the same time, to see what this country has done to preserve the memory of what happened. It is done with respect and honour. An absolute must. The tour guide was knowledgeable but the tour is quite rushed. It was an extremely hot day and it felt like you didn’t have time to catch your breath or have a drink. This should be split into 2 tours because both camps have so much to see and to learn from.

It was an excellent tour of the site. We’d heard about the crowds and expected long waits, but the guide/tour moved us to the head and explained things thoroughly.
