For all bookings made for 2021 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

English guided tour in Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum is provided by a licensed museum guide . (Headphones are included) Visiting the camps takes around 3,5 hours and consists of sightseeing of two Nazi camps & Auschwitz and Birkenau.

Whole event takes around 7 hours. You will be picked up directly from your accommodation place in between 07:30am and 10:00am(pick up time will be confirmed). Meeting will took place either at the front-desk of a hotel or outside near an entry to apartments. Just after collecting all participants you will reach Auschwitz in about 1 hour 15 minutes.

5.00The trip to Auschwitz Birkenau was planned faultlessly, picked up by an English speaking driver in an 8 seater aircon minibus where we joined another group after an hour drive to the destination. Auschwitz was exactly as I thought it would be, humbling and reality hit.... very sombre. But definitely worth my bucket list tick! Organised to perfection, the driver even text beforehand to ask if we would like lunch boxes made up. We also got to queue jump! Any questions were answered and the tour guide provided us with earphones and explained everything along the way. Will definitely plan another trip through Viator!!!

3.00The tour of the facility itself was incredibly moving and deeply impactful. However, the transportation experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior. The driver, Slawek sent a WhatsApp message the morning of the tour indicating a 7:05 a.m. pickup—earlier than the 7:10 time communicated the night before. When we weren’t ready by 7:05, he appeared visibly irritated. Following the Auschwitz tour, there was a 20-minute break during which he failed to clearly communicate the meeting time. When I returned, he berated me in front of the group in a manner that was both rude and disrespectful. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced such treatment. While the tour site itself is profoundly important, I cannot in good conscience recommend this tour company based on the transportation experience.
