Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

English guided tour in Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum is provided by a licensed museum guide . (Headphones are included) Visiting the camps takes around 3,5 hours and consists of sightseeing of two Nazi camps & Auschwitz and Birkenau.
Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square
Whole event takes around 7 hours. You will be picked up directly from your accommodation place in between 07:30am and 10:00am(pick up time will be confirmed). Meeting will took place either at the front-desk of a hotel or outside near an entry to apartments. Just after collecting all participants you will reach Auschwitz in about 1 hour 15 minutes.

5.00Travelled as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers from Ireland. Tomas our driver collected us from the hotel, he reminded us about our ID which is necessary to enter Auswitch 1 numerous times. He organised a lunch for us which was very good value and tasty; he was friendly and informative. Our guide Oscar was absolutely outstanding in Auswitch. He delivered the history and explained everything with immense compassion and respect. Would highly recommend this tour as a must do if in Krakow.

5.00Great tour from start to finish. Well planned and pick up / dropped off at the agreed times. Fantastic driver and tour guide. A pack lunch is provided for 60 PLN / 12 Euro if you want. I would stay clear and bring your own stuff for a fraction of the cost. Overall highly recommend.

5.00Very efficient transfer to and from Auschwitz Birkenau - with a friendly driver. My father & I were sat in the front passenger seats which was a little cramped but it was only an hour each way. The guide who took us through the museum was clear, calm and reassuringly professional whilst taking us around this site. We opted to purchase additional lunch which was useful on the break and transfer to Birkenau - with dietary options catered.

1.00You are put into groups and the guide pushes you through as fast as possible my partner is recovering from cancer treatment and we could not keep up and ended up exiting half way through the tour very poor

5.00we got picked up from a location that suited very near our hotel. the driver kept us up to date with timings both there and back and we also got the option of a packed lunch for 60 PLN. my partner is gluten free and they made a gluten free lunch for her. we got joined a bigger group of people (maybe 30 people) and got headsets and we could hear our English speaking guide no problem. the guide went into great detail around the camp. we then had a 15/20 minute break before getting drive to the other camp where we met up with everyone again and had the same tour guide but no headsets this time. from getting picked up to getting dropped off we were away for around 7 hours (back around 14:00). it was well worth doing and paying respect to the people who lost their life’s there.
