When we arrive at our destination - Zakopane, your guide will explain how to use the funicular car and provide you with all the necessary tickets, saving you time and avoiding the ticket office queues.

This was a fun packed day.. Marco and conrad was just the best driver and host.. Marco made you feel. Very welcoming and was there to help with anything you need.. Its was a fab day out.. Well worth doing it I was with my 16 year old grandson and he also enjoyed the whole day Carol and Warren

I absolutely loved this tour. The hot springs basically fed into a giant waterpark. Slides, lazy river, outdoor pools, indoor pools, thermal baths, etc. were all warm! The guide was excellent. The villages were neat. Everything ran smoothly.

A great day trip out of Krakow to experience another part of the region and culture. It was a rainy morning so the views from Gubalkowka were non-existent but trust me when I say it did not ruin the day at all! It was the perfect mix of guided activity and free time. Our guide, Marco, was the absolute best too! He genuinely wanted everyone to have the very best experience and made sure everyone was having an enjoyable day. He provided plenty of info in advance in order to prepare for the tour and sent follow up info for other recommendations for the remainder of your time in Krakow. Of course, the thermal pools was the perfect ending to this tour and a great way to relax when traveling on a busy vacation. Be sure to try out all of the different pools (yes, even the cold plunge) to get the full experience.
