The Great Ocean Road is travelled by more than 3.5million visitors each year. We have designed this Reverse Great Ocean Road Tour to avoid the crowds at peak times and to also allow our guests to see the awe inspiring 12 Apostles in the morning sun light which brightly illuminates this incredible rock formation. Journey along the entire Great Ocean Road stopping to walk through an ancient rainforest, explore quaint seaside villages, encounter wild Koalas and see the many incredible cliff top lookouts along the way.

5.00We had a great trip to the Great Ocean Road. Our driver & guide, Anthony, was brilliant and made the best of the day, given the weather was against us. We had every season in a day - sun, rain and hailstones! We loved the 12 apostles and rainforest area. Anthony also included stops so we could see wild koalas and kangaroos which was v special. Lunch and tea/coffee was included which was great and there were regular stops if you wanted any snacks, including a trip to the ice cream shop. A long day but highly recommended for those who want to see the highlights of the Great Ocean Road.

5.00Initially booked the reverse+lunch tour but it was cancelled two days prior. Slightly disappointed but the communication was done very well by Autopia, which lessened the blow. Hotel pick up was arranged by Autopia in the morning upon request. This was especially helpful as we were unfamiliar with Melbourne. The bus driver/guide Steve was really fun and attentive, which kept the long trip interesting. It was raining on the day, but Steve did his very best to keep everyone's spirits up. We had toilet breaks at regular intervals and had plenty of time at each sight, did not feel rushed at all. Steve's suggestions for lunch and dinner were both excellent! 👍 Another plus side was the very good wifi service on the bus, however there was no charging port available so make sure you bring portal batteries.

5.00This was a nice day trip. You get to see plenty even though it may be a little fast paced. I would caution those, before booking, who get car/motion sickness. The route has a lot of winding roads. I had no problems but I could see others maybe feeling sick. Our tour guide was awesome, had tons of knowledge and was humorous. Great views all the way through and awesome stops along the way. Would definitely recommend this tour to others. Especially the reverse route, I think it flows better, working your way back to the city.

5.00You should definitely do the helicopter ride when you get to the viewing platform. It was amazing, we even saw a whale from the chopper
