  Viatorと記載した車がホテルに迎えにきてくれる。ディナーショー後の送迎場所の変更(当初ホテルだったが、昼Cairo到着時に無くなった荷物を取りに行くためにCairo空港に一度立ち寄る必要があり)にも追加料金で対応してくれた。 ディナーショーは、エジプトの雰囲気を演出していて、家族で楽しんだ。 一点マイナスは、船に乗るところで、ガイド(チケットを持ってくる人をそう呼んでいたよう)がなかなか来なく、船の外、寒い中30分ほど待たされたこと。 Transportation was great as they were flexible on changing my return transportation. (Had to pick up my lost luggage at airport after Rinne show so transportation was changed from going back to hotel to going to airport and then to hotel) Dinner show was great and family enjoyed it. One bad point was the ticket deliver person (was called guide) did not come on time so we had to wait outside the call for more than 30 minutes. Other than that all were good and satisfy. I think such does not happen all the time but did happen to us so.

  Very good service and very good price, not the best food but okay. We were picked up promptly at the hotel and arrived again, there was belly dancing and dervish, and singers, perfect.

  We arrived in a long queue, in the floor booked by our tour they realized that there was no more room for me and my family, so they set us up downstairs. because of this we delayed further to get food, finding a very long queue at the buffet. Arrived we found little and nothing. The quality of the food was not at all satisfactory and long waiting times to ask for drink. Our guide was very kind and helpful for everything!

  Beautiful experience with our guide Mostapha who perfectly illustrated the history of Egypt, the customs and traditions of this people. In a week we visited Pharaonic temples, Nubian village, Nile landscapes, Cairo.

• Misleading Timing – Nearly Made Us Miss Our Flight

  We booked this experience because it was advertised as a 2-hour Nile dinner cruise starting at 6:30 pm, which would have worked perfectly with our travel plans. After booking, the operator later informed us that the cruise would actually finish at 10:00 pm. This would have caused us to miss our flight, making the booking completely unusable for us. We were effectively forced to cancel (thankfully with a refund), but if we had not double-checked quickly, we would have lost the entire Nile cruise experience that evening. What was more disappointing is that the same operator then rebooked us onto an earlier cruise at a price nearly three times higher. Only later did we realise it was the same operator again, despite the original listing being misleading. I strongly recommend that travellers do not rely solely on the advertised timings and confirm start and end times very clearly before booking. If possible, consider buying tickets directly or comparing operators carefully to avoid last-minute stress or inflated prices.

  All perfect! All the people are amazing, the boys looking at the hotel, the crew of the cruise, the shows, lots of food options! Special highlight for my friends in the van who picked us up at the hotel and for the cruise singer, just book, you will not regret! It's amazing!

  The cruise was absolutely the best.there was a buffet with a lot of food which was ok,nothing too extraordinary but ok for the price and a dance show , which was a lot of fun.But the best thing about the cruise was our tour guide Musa who was a lot of fun and made sure we had the best time.i highly recommend it.

  The tour agency was unprofessional and did not provide timely information regarding pickup details. As a result, I missed the light show because the scheduled pickup was at 6:30 pm, but the agency arrived at 7:15 pm. The cruise, food, and show were satisfactory.

  Our tour guide never picked us up from Berlin hotel and we waited outside for 30 minutes before reaching out to the tour guide. After we reached out with our booking information the tour guide stopped responding on WhatsApp so we never made it to the cruise. We tried to be proactive after they didn’t show up and uber to the bridge that the cruise was leaving from but we still weren’t able to find the tour guide. This was a horrible experience!
