What To Expect

Meet-up at the meeting point number 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street 15 minutes before starting time. Visit market nearby to shop and learn about the local ingredients. Come back and learn to cook 5 dishes: Banh Xeo, Bun Bo Hue, Hoian Fresh roll, Young jackfruit salad, avocado ice-cream. Have the meal together with some homemade rice vodka. Receive cook book and certificate. End of class.

I recently attended a Vietnamese cooking masterclass with Chef Bora, and it was an amazing experience!She explained everything clearly and made the whole process fun and engaging.
