  This was a fun day at Ba Na Hills/Sun World. Communication with the tour operator Eddie was great. I was picked up from my Airbnb on time and Eddie called me the night before to let me know to bring a jacket as it might get chilly there. All throughout the day communication was great. The park is touristy but still beautiful. Make sure you check out the pagoda..really amazing views. The Indian buffet was so good and very fresh with a lot of different dishes. Eddie was friendly and the tour well organized.. I highly recommend this day tour.

  Ba Na Hills is a place that you must visit in Da Nang or Vietnam. They put a lot of work in designing the whole place. You can take beautiful pictures everywhere. Our Panda Group tour guide was Mr. Tom He's very good. We enjoed the Ba Na Hills very much! A key tip: definitely bring a jacket as it gets cold up the mountain!   We went on November 2nd. Unfortunately, it rained a lot and there was a lot of fog on the mountain, which prevented us from enjoying the golden bridge or the outdoor attractions. We had to do everything indoors. The buffet lunch was good. We had a problem on the way back from the tour because we had a flight that night and had asked to be dropped off at the airport. However, on the way back, they drove past the airport and started dropping everyone off at the hotels ath the city, leaving us until last, even though we asked them a thousand times to drop us off first. We almost missed our flight. It was unnecessary stress due to poor logistics. Also unnecessary a first stop they made on a pearl store for the turist to buy.

  Absolutely Worth It – Even in the Rain! Despite the rain, our Ba Na Hills tour was unforgettable! The mist actually made the whole place look magical, especially the Golden Bridge — it felt like walking through the clouds. We still managed to explore the French Village, enjoy the cable car ride, and taste some delicious local food in the buffet.   Da Nang alone has so much to offer, from the beautiful beaches, to the wide variety of food, the friendly and hospitable locals, the beautiful natural scenery, but I did not expect to go to a fairytale land like Ba Na Hills! It never gets boring in Da Nang, and one day is not enough to explore Ba Na Hills but this tour will make sure you get the most out of one day! There are several lengthy cable car rides, plenty of photo spots, too many places to explore, and rides and games to try, and on top of that they have a beer plaza and there's a show around the afternoon! We're super stoked from this tour! And I just want to say thanks to Jerry for being a great tour guide!   Ba Na Hills is definitely a must place to visit. It is far, far more that just a bridge being supported by two hands which in itself is spectacular, but the entire area around needs to be thoroughly explored.   The worst park in the world if you want to walk for hours for nothing. It is huge and on several levels, no indication of exit, everyone gets lost. And of course they don’t do anything to make it right. Just horrible for the elderly and children.

  Our trip was amazing thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Ms Marry She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories about each attraction in perfect Chinese. Her itinerary was well-planned, balancing sightseeing and free time perfectly. Marry was always attentive, answering all our questions patiently and even helping us take great photos. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time, recommending hidden gems and delicious food. Her professionalism and warm personality made the trip truly unforgettable.   wonderful day trip to Bana Hills. the English speaking vietnamese tour guide was friendly and helpful. really enjoy the smooth coordination and transport .Going to Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge is a big outing. This was a great way to put some structure around our visit. Our guide ran a tight ship. She did a great job of telling us about the the place and what our options were during flexible parts of the schedule. The whole experience passes quickly. Adding the buffet lunch was a good call.
