4.00We had booked the optional “small group” tour, including buffet. Our trip included pickup at our hotel. Disappointingly, our pick up and commute to Bana Hills was with a small van that had rows of seats with very little leg room. My wife and I sat in the rear row. I could barely squeeze my legs in. Furthermore, the low cut windows made it difficult to see anything during the commute. In hindsight, my wife and I strongly agreed that the optional small group is not the way to go. Rather, a bus, a limo they call it here, with individual bucket seats is best. The trip to Bana Hills was so uncomfortable that we took a Grab (taxi) for the return trip back to Da Nang. We were fortunate to have had great weather and were able to see the surrounding mountains from the top of the lift. The village of Bana Hills was incredible! A lot to see and do. The lunch buffet included with our tour was very good, offering a diverse menu. Tony, our tour guide was very nice, and apologized for the uncomfortable seating arrangement in the van. That said, this is a tour that you can easily do on your own by taking a Grab. Ensure you dress warm, as the temperatures can quickly drop with the frequent weather changes.
A great day tour, but check the weather beforehand!

5.00Oh my goodness! Bana Hills is an experienced to behold and wirth the hype. Love the cable car going to the mountain and the scenery. The lunch buffet is so good also and we enjoyed the food after a long walk. Amy our guide is so nice and very attentive.

5.00Did exactly what it advertised. Our guide Vy organised us all very well. She gave us all the necessary information & instructions so everyone knew where to go, what we could do & when/where to meet up. In the afternoon we had three & a half hours for lunch and free time to do as we wished. Lots of things to see & do. There’s plenty of options to buy food/ drink of various sorts. On entry we were given a voucher each-with this you can get a small portion of chips or a beer-=FREE!

3.00Ba Na Hills is beautiful but not sure how a tour was useful especially when paying extra for a smaller group. Guide was nice and friendly but there wasn’t much information to provide as it’s a bit like a theme park and apart from taking us from one point to another three times, we were pretty much left to our own devices and asked to meet at meeting points.

3.00The pace of the guide was too fast and we were often left behind. Also the complex isn't a historical sight, it a entertainment complex. A Disneyland style environment. Take that in to consideration before booking. Its a great visual experience and has many shops and eateries.
